Registration (Apply Online) plugin now have Payment Gateway Integration
Applicants to your institution can now pay their admission fee instantly online for registration without coming to the institution physically to do so. The student registration or online admission plugin of School Software Pro is now equipped with payment gateway that lets a student pay online for registration to the institution/ school.

The Language Switcher.
One of the least known features of School Software Pro is the language switcher. It allows each of the users to choose their own specific language to use School Software Pro, even if English is made the default language by the admin. Users can switch to the language of their choice from their profile at the top-right menu, left to logout button. So, you can use School Software Pro in Spanish even if the main system is in English.

Alumni Management Plugin
The Alumni management software as a plugin is designed to help connect current students and employees of your institution with alumni by organizing events to help build relationships and networking opportunities. Alumni will receive their invitations through email. They can then choose to accept or decline the invitations. When organizing events, you can assign any of the current employees or students as coordinators and organizers for the event.

Group of School Feature

If you have six (6) different schools with different names and locations, you don’t need to have six app with six super admin to manage the schools. With the group of schools feature/ plugin in School Software Pro, school owners will use one School Software control panel to manage many schools with different names in different locations. Payslips Management

Payroll Groups: This feature allow institutions to configure different salary structures for different types of employees.

School Software Pro Payslips system gives institutions / schools the option to create multiple type of payslips. In an institute, different categories of employees can be working on an hourly basis, on a weekly or monthly basis. The School Software Pro Payslips system takes care of it.

Leave Management

The Leave Feature gives schools the flexibility of defining the number of working days in a month or in a week or bi-weekly.

Employees can apply for additional leave even after exhausting their leave credits which may lead to Loss of Pay in some institution.

Loss of Pay: The Loss of Pay formula given to a Payroll Group is used to calculate the Loss of Pay when additional leaves are taken by an employee.

Let’s consider a simple salary structure. The Basic Salary is 10,000 and Tax is 20% of Basic Salary. If the total working days are 20 and the employee having no leave takes 2 LOP days. The LOP can be configured in two ways now:

As a direct deduction
LOP is 1000
Basic Salary = 10,000
Tax = 2000
Loss of Pay = 1000
Net Salary = 7000

With a small UI redesign, the process of creating and managing exams for batches is now much simpler.
